Beyond Capable Health and Wellness LLC offers a variety of services to fit the needs of people who wear multiple hats, at church, in their homes, in the community, and in their careers.
Group Workout Sessions
Group Workout sessions are beginner friendly and 30 to 45 minutes. Light weights are encouraged but not required. Group workout styles include LIIT, HIIT and Tabata.
Group workout sessions can be offered in person to groups for conferences, parties, women’s gatherings, community events, and more please reach out for pricing.
Individual Nutrition Coaching Sessions
Individual nutrition coaching sessions are offered virtually, a personalized workout plan is also offered designed for at home workouts done at your own time and at your own pace. Nutrition coaching sessions are offered in a 30 day and 60 plan where we would meet weekly virtually, and you would have daily accountability (if requested). Some of the topics discussed during nutrition coaching include: your relationship with food, setting SMART goals, general calorie and macronutrient information, general meal planning/grocery shopping ideas reading nutrition labels, pros and cons of the latest eating plans, how to navigate eating healthy while traveling, attending social gatherings etc. plateaus, how to stay motivated and more. Recorded Workouts
For those that are not available to participate in live personal training sessions due to busy schedules but would like an individualized workout plan they can complete on their own, recorded workout sessions can be provided. These are 20 minute beginner friendly workout videos designed to challenge you and also inspire you to keep going.
